car stopped dead

car stopped dead at a stop light after running fine, replaced coil pack,battery,crank shaft sensor. it will turn over butr not start, no spark getting to the coil pack. should i assume the cam shaft sensor and/of the brain?

do you have 5 volt out of pcm? to crank and cam sensors? timing belt still attached ?
