I changed the battery in both keys already. Same results
Does the FX35 have a slot to insert the key FOB into to start the vehicle? It is located at the lower dash to the left of the steering column on our 2009 G37x. I am guessing the FX35 has a similar setup.
My fx35 2011 does have a spot to the left of the steering wheel (look low), where you can insert the fob, this will enable you to drive your car. And I have a question, when neither of your fobs work how can you lock your car and then get into it again? Even after the previous writer said she had her batteries replaced they didn't work.... KB
And, I'm trying to figure out how to get Spotify to work in my fx35 2011 I can't seem to locate where I would plug in. My bluetooth is working for my telephone but I can't get the music to come through the speakers... I've had this car for a few months was in very good condition when I bought it, didn't realize it also has a lot of blind spots has anyone else noticed this, I simply find I have to move my head around quite a lot to see when I'm changing lanes or turning the corner. Again, kb
I have noticed on another vehicle that the FOBs were very picky about which brand of battery they would work with. You might try different batteries making sure to use what is recommended in the owner's manual.
I put the key in the charger an it says no key an i change the battery
My EX-35 says "no key" (with new Sony batteries). I use the fob to lock and unlock the car, then it will recognize the key.
Mine needed a jumpstart and new car battery
well first off on 2010 infiniti ex35 - I changed battery and still nothing happened so I turned the battery around the way it was suppose to go in -- and it worked fine - but then the question of how to start it without no hole to stick key got me and sure enough all I did was look at it - on the left side near the bottom of dash is a fob hole that you stick the fob into and it starts --- this was good to learn after owning car for a year - I know longer have to think about the no hole problem -- the owners manual was not with car when I got it - so I depend on other saps such as myself to figure things out - so thanks

Mine finally works if I lock and unlock with the fob a few times.
