2004 ford explorer won't start nor crank at all, all electrical parts work

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

For the past week my truck been needing a jump to
get the car to start. The next day it won't start at
all. It won't even make a clicking sound. I changed
the battery because it seemed dead but the truck
still won't start. Everything on the dashboard works
EXCEPT the 2 meters in the middle. Had a
mechanic look at it but he can't figure out the
issue. Please help

Yes I do have a test light. The security light flashes out of control as well

Have the battery and alternator tested. Any corrosion on the battery or starter cables needs to be fixed.

I bought a whole new battery thinking that was the problem and it wasn't. The starter was tested and it's perfectly fine said the mechanic
