hot and cold air blowing at the same time!

Asked by Guru933Y6V Apr 12, 2023 at 03:30 PM about the 2012 BMW X5 M AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Air conditioner is blowing cold air thru the center dashboard vents and hot air
blow on both end vents?

I have adjusted all the temp. controls

I believe it to be blend door actuated but I can not find anything online that
shows me where it is located.

If you know please include a picture or diagram of location. Thank you for all
of everyone's help

They are located under the dash panel, on the HVAC assembly. The best way to determine which is which is to feel them as you make adjustments to the vent zones.
