Why does my 2003 dodge caravan rough idle?
Usually does it worse while the ac is running, idles
bad enough to where it feels like it's gonna stall

I would start by checking the battery connections. Make sure there is no corrosion on the post are on the battery itself also check your ground wire to the block make sure there not a short somewhere.

Rough idle will be slower and this will make the charging voltage drop and lights will flicker. Fix the misfire first and your flicker will probably go away.
