Rough Idling, Camshaft Position Sensor code, shaking, et

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The truck will roughly idle when backing up on an incline or
just randomly and the check engine light will come on. The
code is reading camshaft position sensor p0369 & p0365.
Ford dealership replaced one but the next day it did the
same thing and read the same codes. I replaced the other
one and it's still not idling correctly and throwing those
same codes!

Anyone have any ideas??!! I am at a loss.
