2003 Dodge Caravan w/ Engine Knock stopped in gear.

I have a 2003 Dodge Caravan with 190,000 miles and about 5 months ago it developed a
KNOCK  it only knocks when stopped in gear, put it in park or raise the RPM and no
knock, fresh oil FULL and oil filter 5W30 did not help----is this the oil pump?
Lately after engine is Hot the oil light will come on when stopped and in drive,  yes the oil
is fresh, new filer and FULL!

There was Lighter oil in it when this happened, I was running 5W20 for the winter---- How would Lighter oil Stop a knock?

The reason engine is knocking is because it is not lubricated enough or you have a loose piston. And with the light oil it would make it easier for the oil to mix around and lubricate the engine
