I have a 2012 Camry runs great for most part. just over 70000 mi and when transmission is in overdive or 6th gear car seems to have a rumble or shake to it when traveling between 35 and 48 mph. other than that trans still shifts like butter. is this a common problem and if so what is causing this ?

I would change the fluid and filter and see if that helps. You are overdue for a fluid change if you have not done one recently. If this does not stop the rumble have a transmission shop look at it.
