2012 Camry burns oil

check for signs of leaking oil, around pan, valve covers, at the filter, rear main seal. I recall some Toyotas have the remote oil filters that are prone to leaking. If you can't find any sign of leaking oil, conduct a leak down test to see if you have any blowby at the piston rings.

What Engine? What Mileage?

One quart in 4,000 miles is no big deal. A lot of newer cars use 4x that with the 0W-20 that is specified.

Use seafoam 6-8 oz. to clean rings for 150 miles and dump it then add new oil.
