I did a tire rotation at pep boys that messed up
my car from driving smoothly it started woobling

The wobbling could be a bad tire or a missing counterweight. You should have a tire balancing done when rotating them. Take it in somewhere and have them spin balance each tire to eliminate the wobble. (maybe Pepboys will do it free or minimal charge since they did the tire rotation)

As far as the tires go just check them all which is safest. For oil use 0W-20 synthetic. If your car is wobbling you need to take it to a mechanic and have them check the tires and wheels out as you may have an unsafe condition.
