how do i flush the heater core?

only warm air after engine has reached normal operating temperature.
I think the core is clogged. replaced the thermostat found a lot of rust on top.

Probably best to just flush the entire cooling system, radiator and block, with the heater running full blast. It says Durango but its same: http://www.ehow.com/how_4484509_flush-radiator-dodge-durango.html
