There is a car on the website and it's a private
owner but he's asking me to send money to him in
a car will be delivered can you tell me if this car is
with you 2012 Nissan Maxima for 3000

Not a good idea, there are loads of scammers out trying to get your money, never pay for anything without being there to visually inspect it and get the legal paperwork. Several have tried scamming me out of my truck for sale, but I only deal in person.
