Most likely the check valve in the fuel pump. The complete fuel pump needs to be replace to replace the check valve. The easiest way to replace the pump is to lift the box up. the pump is in the top rear of the fuel tank. There should be some detailed instructions on how to do this on this website. You can verify it's the check valve by checking the fuel rail pressure. If it takes a while to get pressure when cold, but has pressure almost immediately when warm, it's the check valve.

does it smoke on start up, can you smell raw fuel? May be an injector leaking down. Just had one on mine do the same thing.
