1987 Nissan pathfinder no electronics

I've got a nissan pathfinder with no electronics
except ignition and radio. No dash, lights interior
and exterior.  Fuses under dash have no voltage
except radio.

Look for fuses and breakers under the hood along each side over the wheelwells, IIRC there may also be one on the firewall above steering wheel.
