My engine fan comes on right after start up.
We just turned "hot" in AZ and my engine fan comes on right after start up. The engine
temp is not hot. Is this just my AC fan? How often should it come on? Should I have it
looked at?

The fan will come on with A/C, not so much for engine cooling but for air-flow over condenser, to get the A/C going. No worries.

I agree with FordNut if it is that hot were you are i know you have the A.C on before you even start the vehicle so the fans will come on as soon as you start the vehicle.
