Noise coming from the right side of the vehicle

my truck is making a noise coming from the right side midway. it happens
between 45 mph to 65 mph. i have check under the truck and i can not find
anything loose

I have check all the exhaust parts and none of them are loose. but why is it that the noise goes away after 65 mph? it sounds as if there is something loose inside a panel.
