Is your fan on? If you leave the environment controls in the on position even though the heat - A/C is off, you have vented air circulating. Turn the control to the OFF position. I hate the off position, I must have fresh air at least circulating. My wife hates it, so that's why in my Buick I got the dual ventilation controls.
