Camaro overheating

Good night!
I have a camaro 2ss 2012 v8 automatic
When i run Hard, the rotation of the motor Still  on  
6000 rpm , the oil of motor still on  140°C or 284°F
It almost  overheating
But When i run normal the temperature of motor is  
normal
How can I  fix this problem?
This is normal?
What King of oil i can use ?

If you are running your engine at 6 grand for extended periods of time you probably need to upgrade the radiator and maybe the cooling fan too. Use a top quality synthetic oil, your engine is going to need all the help it can get.
