Spongy brakes

My '12 Equinox has spongy brakes.  No leaks anywhere. Master cylinder has
clean full level.  Booster & vacuum check valve are working well. Could I have
a bad ABS module or as simple as air in lines ?

    I just put new pads on my car now my brake pedel goes to the floor and is very spongy. Have bleed all the lines with no bubbles. Any ideas?
