Stereo stopped working

I have a 2012 G37. Radio stopped working and later
that day,back to normal but unfortunately now it
happened again and it’s not getting back to normal.
AC and other controls are working fine,even stereo
screens like radio or satelite screens come on but
no sound and radio channels dont have any
info,just the station channel

I have never worked on Infiniti before but from my experience sounds like a module problem, like For ex: Amplifier or Sound Processor module. Could also be the headunit itself, given it is a 2012, if there is a legit issue with those modules, they will have some kind of trouble codes stored in them. Unfortunately, I am unaware of an aftermarket diagnostic system that can scan those codes for you? I could be wrong though, your best bet would be to take it into Infinity and have them diagnose it for you
I have a 2009 Infinity G37 and I am experiencing the same problem. Sound was intermittently going in and out and now not working at all.
Ive been having a similar problem but its only my right side speakers not working, im about to do some diagnosing and if i find anything helpful out ill make sure to post it here !
It is module problem if you have obd scaner you can rest problem, just scan module after that everything will work perfectly it’s happened with my 2009 g37
I have a G37 2010 and today my stereo wont work either. Nothing with the audio system works, cd, bluetooth or usb.
I have a 2008 G37s and my radio went on/off as well. Went to the dealer they diagnosed a bad unit. After ordering 2 other OEM units, they all continue to do the same thing. I believe the radio units are bad after a couple of years and need to go after market unfortunately because new units are no longer manufactured.
