2012 silverado stabilitrak and traction control light

Asked by Blake Nov 17, 2016 at 06:35 PM about the 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ Crew Cab 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I disconnected the rack and pinion on my 2012
silverado due to a power steering leak. I originally
thought it was a bad seal on the top of the rack by
the input shaft. Come to find out a line was leaking
on the rack and I replaced it. Got everything
together and started my truck and those lights
(stabilitrak and traction control) have came on. It's
never been on before and I know own it had
something to do with me disconnecting the
steering. How do I fix this.?
