Pilot will not start

Asked by jeffrobinlittle Feb 22, 2019 at 10:11 PM about the 2007 Honda Pilot EX-L with DVD 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My son stated he has been driving our pilot now he said when he turns the key
the P and the D light up initially.  He stated there is no sound, no grown, no click
when he turns the key.  He said the horn works and lights turn on.  Could it just
be that it is not completely in Park?

It is possible or a bad park sensor. There's a lot of possibilities and I don't know if your vehicle is one of the select ones that will not even attempt to crank if it senses that the battery's too weak.
