battery,  I have replaced the alternator,
battery, and tcm fuse.. it seems to be
when the car starts to warm up. When
it starts the radio starts to flicker and it
won't shift... I can charge the battery
and it runs good for a while.

You have a short somewhere in your vehicle electrical system that is causing your battery to loose its charge there are are quite a few things that can cause this problem. Here are a couple of things that you can check like look closely at your vehicle at night and notice if there is a light staying on like the trunk light , hood light, interior lights, any thing that should not be lit up. Other then that electrical shorts are very hard to find sometimes.
