selling my car when loan is active

I have 2011 Honda odyssey ex-l which I have to pay 15500 on my active car loan if I sell it to a dealer I have to pay negative equity for this vehicle  ,will I be able to sell it in private thru carguru  ? and I am planning to get either a Toyota highlander and or lexus rx 350.

Try selling it on Car Gurus. Maybe you will get enough to pay off the loan.
