What is a fair price to pay on a 2010 Honda Odyssey EXL with Nav and DVD. Van has 13,300 miles on it. This van has a rebuilt title from a previous accident with front end damage

If you have a salvaged title you will never be able to trade-in at a dealership, always the accusation that the mileage is bogus. Been this route. If you do decide to get it, have YOUR mechanic go over it and look at everything. Cost me a throttle body ($1000) down the road and cracked cables and mounts, all hidden items resulting from a front-end collision. Also check all brake items, especially if not replaced. More than likely the brakes were mashed and could result in hidden braking problems down the road (been this route too).
