We just put in a new radiator in my 2003 neon sxt and I barely have any heat the blower
works but its only blowing Luke warm air which only does that when driving the car on
the road other than that the car runs fine with the new radiator and its not overheating
any more we also put in a new thermostat and new hoses

Did you get all the air out of the cooling system after replacing the radiator? If not you might not have proper coolant circulation thru the heater core.

Check fluid in radiator.......if good take the hoses of the Heater core from motor and flush with garden hose..I have done this and found gunk in the core..hope this works for you too..
