Why won't my 2007 Honda Odyssey turn over, won't even show dash lights?

My 2007 Honda Odyssey won't even show dash lights, has new battery,
alternator and starter along with new battery terminals. Battery is fully charged.  
I am at my wit's end. If I try to jump it, I at least get dash lights. What am I
missing?
