Drivers side sliding door stopped working with dash error message, Check sliding door

I did the fuse remove and replace procedure. Door then works normally a few times and then same thing happens. I did this several times. Door works OK manually. What does the van think is wrong to give me the error message and disable the automatic door opening and closing.

YOU COULD HAVE A BROKEN WIRE THATS HANGING ON BY A COUPLE OF STRANDS ON THAT SIDE OF THE DOOR WHERE THE WIRES GO INTO THE SIDE OF THE POST OF THE BODY
