How many times do you have to complain about the same problem before your car is considered a lemon
My car has been in the shop over five times with the same problem and the
first three times they charged us to look at it and said nothing is wrong we
can't find the problem. The forth and fifth time said it was fixed and charged
us over five hundred dollars and now today they want to charge 650.00
stating we found the problem. Why should we be charged? When should the
dealer be made accountable?

If your car is still under warranty file a complaint with a factory rep. They may be able to help. More details will get you a better response on this forum. What exactly was wrong and what did they fix?
It's the Jeep dealer? Listen, we all know those cars are lemons- believe me, FIAT stepped in it when they bought Chrysler and inherited all these problems- it will not fit into a lemon law when we know that they are ALL lemons- if it is running, get rid of it, even at a loss- it will cost you less in the long run- unless you're retired and have the time and money to beat a dead horse-
