how do I remove a front strut on a 2003 stratus r/t coupe

the bar that connects to the strut does not want to come off.the nut and bolt both turn. can somebody help with this

okay...if you haven't got access to a air-impact driver would rent one to "whizz" the top hexnut off....may be allowance for not having one...such as a hex impressed in or a normal screwdriver slot that you could turn against if an impact driver is an impossibility~

thank you for your time judge. I've tried air the problem is the nut on the sway eliminator wont break free from the bolt so it just spins tried heat also I don't see a nut near the knuckle wondering if there is a tool or trick to remove the **** thing

...yes an air impact driver...mine is an ingersol-rand triple hammer and gets anything free~ borrow one from your mechanic....needs compressed air to actuate~ 1/2" drive impact socket~

Do like judge says, but also if you take a big enough pry bar and put tension on it, heat it up and she will come free, has done it for me plenty of times
