Offer accepted

Asked by Bayouricky2 Apr 08, 2018 at 10:27 PM about the 2012 Toyota Prius Four

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

Someone made an offer on my car & I
accepted it, but have not heard anything
since.

What are the obligations on the part of a
buyer if they make an offer.

How am I supposed to finalize the
transaction?

I would move on and look for another buyer. You can't make them do anything.

The same thing happened to me, a waste of my time and I had another interested party

this site doesn't care if you have a real buyer or fictional buyer. but I do know that eBay Motors is legit. I recently won an auction and the gentleman refuse to even acknowledge that I won, once I contated eBay they sent them an email the next day the seller was contacting me for arrangements for me to pay him in cash. Cargurus could care less about the seller, only the amount of cars listed on their website.
