2012 Kia Optima EX, 2.4 GDI doesn't start on occasion

I have a 2012 Kia Optima EX, 2.4 GDI engine. Occasionally once every few days when I hit the start button it won't start until I jiggle or move the shifter out of park and back in. I did replace the neutral safety switch but still does it. I'm thinking the starter? Advice?
