I have a 2004 Ford Focus SE (2.3 L) 4 cyl automatic - trying to find out where
the 2 wires coming from POSITIVE battery cable hook to? The 2 off the
Negative are grounds to body and engine.... can anyone help?

Just a guess, but one to the starter solenoid, the other to either a fuse panel or ECM.

Correct, one lead should go directly to the starter and the other to the underhood fuse box. Hope that helps! Jim
