Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have a 2004 ford focus se sedan and was told that I have a coolant leak,
don't have the funds right now to get it repaired so can I drive a month or so
without the leak causing any more damage.

If the leak is small then use some Alumaseal in the radiator. Add it while the car is cool and the engine running. If the leak is big you need to fix it immediately.

Where is the leak ?is it a hose ,bad hose clamp ? Water pump ,radiator ? Depending on the type of leak will determine what may or may not temporarily slow ot down .

Thank you Js08016, I tried the black pepper this morning and I'll let you know if that does the trick. I will get it fixed as soon as I can. Appreciate all of you help.
