Take a look at this first video on Transmission fluids for your vehicle....and I will find one for the power steering as well. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=1981+buick+regal+limited+coupe+adding+fluids+you+tube&view=detail&mid=FAB5F448CDCAC5E6E5B3FAB5F448CDCAC5E6E5B3&FORM=VIRE
at 56 seconds on this video...stop it. You will see a red colored Transmission measuring wand with a circle for your finger to pull that wand out.....it is located at the top of the video....and to the left of the brake reservoir. That is you transmission oil hole. Make sure you use GM product rather than a Ford product. Make sure u open your owners manual in the glove box and it tells you how to read the wand. Do not overfill it Your owners manual will also show you the power steering container /reservoir location https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=1981+buick+regal+limited+coupe+power+steering+you+tube&view=detail&mid=8EFE52AB5F5D01FCDBBF8EFE52AB5F5D01FCDBBF&FORM=VIRE
