Odd stalling

My truck sometimes stalls or rpm drops as I come
to slow stop.Never at fast stops though.No
codes.Is 12.5 %at idle normal for TPS sensor?I
also  replaced  IAC.Any ideas ?
Seems to happen more as fuel is low.

    Replaced fuel pump and assembly, relay, plugs and ignition coils. Pump primes starts drives, stalls. Cover over carburetor is missing. Can this be the reason for rpm drop and stalling?
