If your saying the starter motor won't crank the engine. Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good, all ends, not just at the battery. The info I looked at zts--2.0L engine, automatic tranny. Make sure tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set. Unplug the starter relay in fuse box, terminal 30 cavity should be hot all the time, fuse protected, use a test lite to check for voltage? Use a jumper on switch side of relay, terminal 30 and terminal 87 cavity. The starter motor should crank the engine. This is just a test. That will tell you the starter motor should be ok and the engine isn't seized. If you think the starter may be faulty, take it off, lay it on the ground, properly hook up jumper cables from charged battery to starter motor, at the least, the starter motor should kick out the drive gear and spin. Just to add, part of your vehicle security system shows to be starter motor disable. Something to be aware of. Bypassing the relay will bypass the security as far as starter, but, that doesn't mean it will start.
