I have a 2002 Dodge Dakota...when I turn my vent blower on I can only get air to come out of the defrost vents..I move the control to dash vents and floor and I get nothing! What's wrong and how do I fix it? Thank you! Jerry

The door that selects the vents is vacuum actuated. The switches for them route vacuum source to whichever option is selected. You either have a bad switch, bad actuator, or simply a hole in a vacuum line.
