i need to replace my front end

I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT AND THE RIGHT FRONT SIDE OF MY TRUCK
WAS DAMAGED I NEED BODY WORK AND FRONT END WORK I HAVE
TAKEN IT TO THE SHOP AND THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE TO REPLACE
THE PARTS THAT WERE DAMAGED. THE INSURANCE ONLY WANTS TO
REPLACE THE RIGHT SIDE. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS THE FORD
MANUFATURER RECOMMENDATION FOR REPLACING THE FRONT
END, STEERING SHOCKS BALL JOINTS TIE ROD ENDS ETC

Those are wear items, you replace them when they are worn out or damaged

There is no manufacturer recommended replacement interval for the parts you listed. They get replaced when they wear out. Also, the insurance company is only going to replace the parts damaged by the accident, nothing else. Be thankful they didn't total your 11 year old truck just to get it off the road!
