Why does it sound like my front driver’s side wheel is grinding??

I purchased a used 2012 F-150 XL 2WD and a very
annoying scraping emanates from the front driver’s
side. I have replaced the rotor, brakes and wheel hub.
The sound is unchanged. It tends to become slightly
more distinctive is the wheel to turned the left at all.  
Help please!

So the wheel hub and bearing are one piece? Is this 4wd? If so, what about the halfshaft joint ? The only other thing I can think of, check the suspension and steering linkages. Note the service bulletin.
