Alternator or battery issue

My 2012 Lancer engine is not turning on.  Lights,
radio, ac all works.  I called aaa but they think that it
could be the alternator but the guy is not sure .  I
will need to tow my car but I m not sure where to go

Check battery voltage. Also clean and tighten battery connections if needed. A low battery can still run other things like lights and stuff but still not have enough power to start the car.
