I just had an 18" wheels from 16" roms..Do I need to do a wheel alignment and check suspension?

no you dont unless you had noticible previous tire tread wear which may include but not required to have all....Feathering, wear on the inside of the tire, and or wear on the outside of the tire. the main issue YOU SHOULD BE CONCERNED ABOUT is "Speedometer" As you change the size in the tire you also change how many times it rotates. You'll need to have it properly adjusted by a shop or just rent the tool if you can find it ^_^ Good luck Sincerely, Angel CEO & Founder of Mustang Jr. Club

The only thing you might need to do with new wheels is get them balanced.

Check clearances by turning wheel till it locks, look at the UCA - Upper Control Arm see if it rubs on frame or arm! I run 18 inch wheels with 275/70/18 tires BUT I have a 3 inch lift! Google FJ IFS COMPONENTS IMAGE if youre not sure what to look for! IFS=independent front suspension
