clicking sound

when I am driving my 2002 dodge Durango, it makes this clicking sounds from the front. it comes and goes...what is it?

If the sound comes only when you are pressing the brakes it may be time for new brake pads.

It can be several things like bearings, tie rod ends, ball joint´s or bushings. You need to find out what if you don´t know how have it look at by a friend who knows or take it to a shop you trust.

If it is in 4WD on a tarmac road it can also do that you may never dirve it in 4WD on a tarmac road only on loose material like gravel or mud or ice. You can damage the 4WD system if you do.
