My 2013 Ford Mustang has a "PHONE" button to sync my cell with it... But when I press the button nothing happens. Is it possible that my car doesn't come with bluetooth?

If the button is there then you should have that feature. What kind of phone do you have? I know Ford uses Microsoft Sync. If you have an iPhone it may not like that. Otherwise, take it to the dealership and tell them about it. You're probably still under warranty on that.
I had trouble with my phones in my Infinity. Went to Verizon and they had it working in 5 minutes. You have to have phone on scan and the car at the same time.

Thank you for the reply. I ended up calling the Ford house. They searched my VIN and my car does not have blue tooth installed. Unfortunately, they said it can not be installed either since they do it when they build the car. I'm sure it could be done tho ~ for the right price I'm sure
Actully it can't... well, maybe for a price no one would want to pay. It is a completely differeent module.
It doesn't make sense, why would they put a phone button then?! I'm having the same problem right now.
it's called mass production. When they build a car they include a lot of things that are not necessarily connected to use. Usually, for example, it will have a wiring harness that would run every item that is available on the car even if it is not ordered for it. Some cars have a dummy plate to cover unused switches.
American muscle sells a after market on with bluetooth its all plug and play wiring and its touch screen with gps for $799.99
