Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My radio in my 2013 Ford fusion stops
working. I hear a popping sound from the
speakers and then there is no sound. The
radio lights up display shows but no sound
and you have no control of the buttons ..
This keeps happening then all of a sudden it
works for a few days and then repeats all
over again

Did u find out what was wrong? Mines did the same thing but still no answer

My 2015 Ford Fusion SE is doing the exact same thing! What crap. I've been in contact w Ford Via Twitter. The rep told me to take it in for a diagnostic which I already did, and told her this. The car doesn't even have 40k miles. This is ridiculous plus all the other things that have gone wrong with the car.
