locked out of car

is there any way to get into 2013 ford escape SUV without Fob?  Put
everything in car, shut the door and the whole thing is locked!  There is a red
square flashing on dash.  Does that mean anything? all manuals are in the car.

If your car has a keypad you might be able to get it unlocked through it. You gotta know the code though.
