Driver Seat Barely moves

The drivers seat of my 2013 Ford Escape barely moves forward or backwards.
All other components to moving it work fine, except back and forth it only
moves about an inch or two. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Look closely under the seat to see if anything is impeding the movement of the seat track.
