Help with fuel pump issue?

Fuel pump was just changed on 2013 Ford
Escape Ecoboost now it won't go over
35mph? Looking for suggestions. Ran a code
said it not getting fuel pressure.

I would change the fuel filter. It is possible the new fuel pump is bad.
