Parking brake 2013 explorer is stuck it won't release

Does the lever have full movement to release the brake? If the vehicle is not on level ground, you may have to level it to take the pressure off the emergency brake shoe.

I cut my parking brake cable cause it got Stuck how can I turn of the sensor that’s dinging in aide the car like the nose that’s telling u that the brakes r In gaged
