Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2013 Ford Explorer has dual air,
everything had been working fine till about 3
or 4 weeks ago and the front just abruptly
stopped working. Checked all fuses and they
are fine. The fan will not come on at all. Does
anyone have an idea what might be wrong?

Forgot to include this: The rear air/heat/defrost works fine. I have been using the rear air to keep the car warm/cool but it doesn’t work too well to defrost the front windshield :-).

Checked all the fuses, they seem to be fine. I don't know how to test the relay other than buy a new one and try that. I guess that will be my next troubleshooting action, and get under the dash to find the blower to see if that is the problem. Thanks, Ed92626, if you have any other advice or ideas, they would be greatly appreciated.

No, decided to trade in on a new one. I know that’s the expensive route but that’s what I did this time.
